And I do agree with you on changing the weapons for some of the characters. Because last I checked, berserkers don't wield daggers. But Vampire may wield it because that is what she is used to.

If I'm correct, you need to have the threesome with Hellhound and the Wyvern. As well as progress through Vampire's storyline to where you get the organium from the volcano.
Ok, just to let you know, the tentacle quest isn't set for Lace's bad route. I got the quest even before I captured her and I was still able to build it. As for the bug, I'm not to sure about that...
One glitch I noticed is at the monster farms when you enter the gate and talk to the monster girls and do their scene, the doors stay open when your not in the pens. Although it is easily fixed by entering the pen and exiting the pen
